We have been involved with Saeco USA since 1998 and have been a Saeco Authorized Service Center since May 2004. Our #1 goal is customer service. When your machine comes into our service center it not only gets checked for the problem stated, but it will also gets a complete check up. Every machine which comes into our service department will receive a basic grinder service. We also check coffee quality and consistency. We will not return your machine unless it is up to CERINI standards. Your machine will be running as good as or better than new in no time!!

Shipping your Espresso Machine:

Special Winter Shipping instructions:Your machine's boiler must be drained to protect it from freezing. To drain your machine, set your machine in steaming mode and allow to steam. While it is steaming please remove the water tank and continue to steam for 1 minute or when the machine displays an error message. YOUR MACHINE IS NOW READY TO BE SHIPPED!

Step 1:

If you do not know how to get your machine to us, you can call us and we could schedule a pick up by UPS for you. Package your machine in the original box if available. Also, you might want to repack it in an additional box to reduce the possibilities of shipping damages.

Step 2:

Please include all necessary parts for repair and testing. Water tanks, dump boxes, drip trays, lids and any other loose pieces may be kept with you if you believe they are not damaged or a cause for machine malfunction..

Step 3:

Please include a statement on what is wrong with the machine. This may be something like: leaks from bottom, leaking from side, not brewing coffee, etc. Please be as specific as possible to ensure that the repair is completed to the highest standards.

Step 4:

Include your Return address and a contact phone number where you can be reached during the day time.

Once your machine has been Received:

  1. Once your machine has been received it will be checked and an estimate will be issued.
  2. After the estimate has been approved by you, your machine will then be repaired and returned to within a few days.
