As functional as it is beautiful, the Gaggia Deco Tall-Cup 3-Group Espresso Machine is equipped with three autonomous brew groups, a number of programmable features and an eye-catching design. There are three sliding cups stands, which can be pulled out as needed to hold small espresso cups. Otherwise, sliding the cup stands back into place will allow this machine to accommodate full-sized cups up to 7” tall. The cups can easily fit beneath the brew groups to give the barista the option of extracting espresso directly into them for any number of beverages.

Cup Accommodations
The versatile Deco Tall-Cup 3-Group machine can accommodate a wide variety of cups and mugs to cater to diverse environments. Three stainless-steel cup stands, strategically placed directly beneath the brew groups, can be pulled out to hold up to two espresso cups each. For tall cups and mugs, the barista can simply slide the espresso cup stands back into place. With the cup stands out of the way, this Deco model can accommodate cups and mugs up to 7” tall.
Brewing
The fully automatic Deco is equipped with a 21-liter stainless steel boiler and Procon pump. The portafilters and brew groups all feature chrome-plated brass construction to promote heat stability. Each group head has a dedicated 240-watt Gicar-PID-controlled heater to let the barista raise and lower brewing temp as needed for different types of roasts and blends. There are four programmable buttons and one manual coffee button for each brew group. The programmable buttons can be set according to user preferences.
Pre-Infusion
Pre-infusion parameters including: the amount of water used per pre-infusion cycle and hesitation time are programmable each coffee button. The pre-infusion cycles can also be turned on or off as needed.
Programming Options
Gaggia Deco Tall-Cup 3-Group Espresso Machine offers two programming levels. The average user will have access to a number of programmable features including: coffee dosage, auto-on and off settings, hot-water buttons and clock settings.
The aforementioned options are also available in the second programming level, designed to be used by upper management. Any programming changes made at the management level will override user settings, should the two be in conflict. Staff members with access to the management programming level will also be able to set or change the following features:

Steaming and Frothing
The Deco Tall-Cup 3-Group Espresso Machine is equipped with two commercial steam wands. Each steam wand features a four-hole steam tip as well as an innovative mixing valve to dispense hot water without generating steam. If the barista chooses to turn off the mixing valve, even hotter water can be dispensed directly from the boiler.
