  • Designed in the 1920's and manufactured in Torino Italy since 1932 the Imperia pasta maker is the standard by which all home pasta machines are judged. The SP 150 comes with a duplex cutter attachment for making tagliatelle and fettuccine. Additional cutter attachments as well as ravioli and gnocchi attachments are available. The SP 150 can be fitted with an optional motor for faster operation.

    This is the best machine out there! Read the instructions or go online and watch a 3 minute video. it''s so easy. I like my pasta dough 1/2 semolina, 1/2 white flour, but you can use what you want. the hand crank is easy to use, you can make pasta for dinner in less than 45 minutes - 30 when you get good at it, and once you have home made, you won''t go back to store bought! attachments are easy to put on and take off, the whole process is painless. I am using my mom''s which is 50 years old, and looks brand new. never put it in water, and this baby will go to your grandkids!
