• Espresso machines will only be accepted if they have not been used and must be returned with all parts and documents.
• Espresso machine parts which are electronic may not be returned.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?

Before you return your purchase please call us at 718-584-6120. We will provide RA number for your return. No returns will be accepted without a RA number.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
