Bought this unit NEW from Dealer in Nebraska AS IS NO WARRANTY but assured it was good. It worked good,for a while. Having trouble now with brewing. Steam ok, no apprarent pressure for brewing though. Looking through instruction book, very vague and immediately tells me to send it to factory. I believe it to be plugged up due to scale. I have descaled it several times in past. All it does now is Hum when attempting to brew with an occasional drop appearing with plenty of water (and primed)in tank. I expect to probably have to buy another unit but probably will not be SAECO, reason that several other makes/models on market are available making excellent brew. |
