I searched for a while for "Italian roast" that tasted like coffee in Italy.
I finally went to an Italian deli and picked four different bags of moka-grind coffee.
This is the one that reminds me most of the coffee that I loved in Italy.
I am guessing that the 70% robusta coffee beans are what gives it its distinctive flavor; Americans seem to drink 100% Arabica.
I love this stuff!
