Philips Saeco Warranty Information for Espresso Coffee Machines

We provide both warranty and non-warranty support for Philips Saeco Products.  

For Warranty Service:

Before you send in your espresso machine to us for warranty service you must first have a Warranty Reference number. This number will start with 50-000****** or 60-000******

If you do not have one of these numbers please contact Philips Saeco Support via Phone at 800-933-7876They will assist you with where to send your espresso machine.  If you would like to make sure that your machine comes to us, please be sure to mention it to them while you are on the phone with them. 

Drop off your espresso machine.
If you are located near us and would like to drop off your machine you are welcome to do so at anytime. Our store is open from 9am to 6:30pm, Monday - Saturday.  Closed on Sundays.  

For Non-Warranty Service:

If your machine is older than 1 year, and is not under the manufacturers warranty, please click the link below.

For extended warranties, please contact the vendor who sold you the machine. They will provide you with the information on how to resolve the warranty claim.  

For Amex or other credit card warranties you are welcome to bring the machine in anytime, but please contact amex or credit card company first for information regarding the extended warranty.
