Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

  • 100% percent back minus shipping cost to be returned within 30 days of delivery of your item (does not apply to parts). 
  • No returns will be allowed on coffee bean purchases.
  • 20% restocking fee on parts.
  • Espresso machines will only be accepted if they have not been used and must be returned with all parts and documents.
  • Espresso machine parts which are electronic may not be returned.
  • Exchanges only on Giuseppe Armani figurines

 How to Return or Exchange a Purchase? 

  • In the event that there is something wrong with your order, we will do our best to correct it the issue.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when affecting a return. 

Refund Time-frame:

  • For orders that have not been shipped yet, a refund will be issued within 48 hrs. Normally the refund is immediate. 
  • For returns. Once your order has been received at the warehouse, the process we take 24 hrs to be refunded.

Shipping:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
