    My wife Franca was born in Piacenza, Italy and loves being able to find that you have access to a large amount of Italian produce. The Polenta you sell is the best and after it has cooked, my wife loves to cut it into slices and layers them in a casserole with tomatoes and grated cheese. It takes a lot of stirring but it's worth it.
