    Fettuccine and porcini mushrooms is

    Fettuccine and porcini mushrooms is my favorite meal when I am in Italy. These mushroom are clean, delicious. I recommend them without hesitation. One pound of mushrooms will make you many pasta dishes. My recipe is extravergine olive oil, fresh parsley and garlic sautéed in a pan. Add a cup or a additional half cup of mushrooms in the pan, add a little white wine, add the mushroom water, maybe a little hot pepper and salt, and enjoy.
