Dried porcini mushrooms were my go to but these cubes pack an even bigger punch. Per dollar, these are umami bombs!

I moved away from NYC and could not find these locally so I found them online here. This is the only brand of mushroom bullion cubes I know of. These were very fresh, very strong porcini smell.
