We went to Cerini to see what the best Espresso Machine was for us. First we called ahead and Marco spent 15 minutes giving us some very helpful information and homework!. When we went to the store Johnnie spent at over 1/2 hour asking questions and giving guidance. No hard sell. Just honest opinions and details. He sent us away to do more research, but we'd heard enough to make a great decision. We went with the Gaggia Accedemia and are very happy with our purchase. It is a great Automatic machine for milk based drinks that still makes a super espresso.
