Its difficult to get full flavor from decaf coffee beans - one of the problems with decaf is that the process of decaffeination breaks down the organic matter in the coffee bean. I love coffee but can't handle the caffeine. I compared 7 different brands of decaf beans that used Swiss Water Process (SWP) caffeine extraction method and I like this one the most: I find the cerini had a full robust flavor with no bitter or acid after taste and the beans are not cracked or too oily.
