Overview

The Creamdor by Passalacqua is true to its name. Thanks to a high percentage of Robusta beans, the crema is fantastic: thick and hazelnut brown. A true Neapolitan.
The typical southern Italian dark roast has low levels of acid and caffeine while providing high levels of volume and flavour.
Which is one of the reasons why the Cremador is also the perfect foundation for cappuccino or latte macchiato. It has the exact strength required.
