Good, I’m using a Gaggia Classic Pro. In the past I’ve pulled better shots with manual machines. I’ve been trying different brands of commercial coffees, about 5 different ones. And this Intenso was the first to run out, it was the best of the bunch. Most of the others, no matter what I did, came out sour. I’d like to try it again with a manual machine.
