These are fantastic tasting cookies. Just the right texture in terms of having a great "snap" without being too hard. Wonderful, refreshing taste. Very "clean" ingredients; nothing like the junk you see in almost all American-made cookies. The Italians still make them "old school" and the difference is very noticeable. Very affordable as well: compare these to a similar sized carton of cookies on the store shelf. All in all, a simply wonderful product.
