Semi Professional Italian Slicing Machine

I bought this slicer about 12 years ago. Perfect for preparing carpacio’s and charcuterie. It is still going strong. A quick sharpen every now and then is all it needs. Whenever someone comes to the house and sees it and what it does, they wind up buying one from Cerini. So far 3 other people have purchased one based on see it work in my home. A worth while investment.
