Until this I tried this coffee, I've been quite disappointed in Turkish/Greek/Arabic coffee available to me to the point that I was hand grinding my own. This blend is simply incredible to my taste. It brews well in my bríki to make a fine quality coffee which settles quickly. It is a darker coffee than one would expect from Turkish and Greek styles but fits my taste quite well. The darker flavor invites experimentation, such as throwing in an occasional cardamom pod. I intend to buy this one again.
