Overview
The Moca SD is the youngest member in the Moca-Family. It combines the newest developments in grinder technology with our compact Design.
A single-dosing grinder with 0.1g retention without any blowing device.
Key features: an electric espresso grinder with extra large 64 mm grinding burrs made of hardened special steel and a 300-watt DC motor. It grinds quickly and continuously, without heating up the beans. By means of a dial, the grind can be precisely varied as required. The body consists of mirror finished stainless steel in the front, and the side frames of resistant powder coated steel.

A compact solidly built grinder with stepless easily repeatable settings. Superb for single dosing and effortlessly moving between different beans and espresso machines. Output always tastes great. Near zero wastage. Perfect with any Olympia Express machine and a solid choice to pair with others. Performs on par with grinders that are more than double the physical size and price. Nice construction, zero retention, and quiet grinding make the Moca SD Espresso Grinder worth the price. If it lasts as long as my Olympia Cremina (34 years and counting!) it will be money well spent.

I expected it to be excellent. I was not disappointed! Perfectly compliments the matching Cremina sitting next to it. I have four other lever machines and two other very nice grinders. I’m very fond of them all, but a red Cremina sitting next to a red Moca SD is endgame for me. Shipping was fast. Ordered in on the weekend and it shipped out the following Monday. Packed so well it took some time to get it out of the three boxes that it was securely packed in. Very pleased with everything!
