The Saeco Via Venezia espresso machine is a low cost machine that delivers excellent quality shots, but comes with a plastic 'panarello' steam wand that does not yield high quality steamed milk. This chromed replacement wand produces a finer texture of steamed milk at higher temperature, and is worth the cost. The only reason my score is 4 and not 5 stars, is that I'd actually prefer a wand that does not automatically mix air with the steam. However, that option does not appear to be available from Saeco, so this fixture is the only alternative - and it's a worthwhile one.
