    This stuff is just plain delicious. As soon as you open the cap you can smell the distinctive aroma of olives, and the taste is pure and luscious. I am Italian and it reminds me of the oils we used to buy in small Italian markets in my neighborhood. I use it on virtually everything : salad dressings, sautéing, frying, roasting. Highly recommend!
