Control panel still says "DECALCIFY READY FOR USE" on Royal Professional


"We got the machine to work makes coffee, but the control panel still says "DECALCIFY READY FOR USE". is this something that can be fixed? We already decalcified the machine twice, but message will not go away. Is it something you can help us fix over email instructions?"


Fix / Answer:

One Royal Professionals you must reset the descale message by entering the menu and scrolling to signal descale.   Make sure signal descale is on the top of the screen.. Select that option, and it should say reset YES?  Reset, and you should be good to go. 

Please note you should be descaling your machine every 2-3 months.
