I have sent several e-mails to Calabria Pork Store politely requesting that my soppressata orders not be sent to me extra cured (hard). My last two orders, including the one that arrived today, have been hard to chew. Furthermore, my latest order was for 3 round soppressate and 2 flat. I received the opposite. I am, therefore, less than satisfied.
