Great job with the Cerini house blend but when I used it in my Mocha grinder the bean grind made a real mess ( FRICTION). Added a drop or two of water ant the problem was fixed immediatly.
Apparently when the beans are dry they create electrostatic friction going through the burrs causes the grind to scatter all over the place. Add alittle humidity corrects it .
Flavor is great, like it as much or more than the Micela d Oro.

It doesn't taste good for espresso, maybe partly because it is a mix of lightly roasted and well roasted beans. I couldn't even finish the bag and had to throw it away.
