Data Deletion Instructions

If you used “Sign in with Facebook” on Cerini Coffee & Gifts and want your data deleted, please follow these steps:

  1. Remove the app from Facebook
    Go to Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
    Find the Cerini Coffee app and click Remove.
  2. Request deletion of your store data
    Email us at cs@cerinicoffee.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
    Please include:
    • Your full name
    • The email address associated with your account
    • Any order numbers (if applicable)

We will process your request and delete the personal data we hold (such as name and email linked to the Facebook login) within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (for example, order history for tax or accounting purposes).
