    Drip issues

    We clean our brew group weekly as recommended and descale when requested. But the water was barely filtering into our coffee cups. We tried quite a few fixes but nothing worked, so were resigned to sending our entire machine in to Wlole Latte Love to be refurbished, both expensive and time consuming. We saw a new brew group at Cerini Coffee and ordered it. Our machine is like new…so happy.
