    Early morning ritual

    I begin each day with a double Caffe Kimbo - Napoletano expresso and locally RI made red wine biscuit. The coffee makes wonderfully rich ice coffee with milk added. I am hooked.

    I first had this coffee

    I first had this coffee years ago and fell in love with its robust flavor and texture. Then I got a nice espresso machine and couldn’t get it in a grind that works with my machine. But now Cerini has it in whole beans and will grind it just right for my machine. I much prefer it to other popular brands like Lavazza which to me has a more tart taste. I guess my Neapolitan roots are showing!
