    Happy to finally get it back.

    Although it cost me substantially more than I expected, and it took way longer to get it fixed (4 months!) than I hoped for, I am happy to finally get it back and working fine.

    Website had all needed schematics

    Website had all needed schematics to identify the part I needed to repair my 2004 Saeco espresso machine. Johnny was very helpful, returned my call, confirmed that I had identified the right part and shipped it the same day. Very satisfied.
