Easy to install. Works better than the original plastic valve. Probably will last longer with a metal body.

Great experience with Cerini Coffee, my Saeco Incanto Deluxe needed some parts to get back up and operating, the parts arrived next day and had my machine back up and running next day.

Fits our Starbucks branded Italia - SUP 021 YDR, OEM part# for plastic valve body is 0345.078, but this kit includes all the internal parts of the valve
The price is pretty high IMO otherwise 5 stars. Installation requires #1 and #2 Phillips and Torx-10 screwdrivers to remove covers. Also need a crimping to for single ear hose clamp installation. Silicon lubricating paste should also be used on the O-rings to ensure they don't bind and tear during assembly. DIY'r difficulty rating, moderate.

The plastic part of old steam valve was worn out due to long term friction along with the metal slit. The new one has been improved. The manufacturer changed material of the part from the plastic to metal to increase the durability. I am impressed with this change. Unfortunately, the above picture doesn't show the improved part.

I ordered this part to repair my SAECO Italia espresso maker. The original part was plastic, but this one is metal. The part arrived within a day or two of when I placed the order! All needed parts for the repair were included and in a few minutes, I was back in business. The machine is working better than ever!
