Kimerling Mix - 50% Miscela Doro Gran Crema - 50% Essse Speciale - Ground #3 (2.2 LBS)

It has a wonderful rich smooth taste. However, I was told it was a dark roast but it is medium roast. I like to use dark roast when I am making a latte because it is stronger. Do you have a very strong dark roast of high quality? i can also mix dark and medium. What is the source of Kimerling and of Essex speciale? Are the equal in quantity in this mix?
